Using Lister Wise

Lister Wise provides evidence and analysis intended to help sellers make better-informed decisions. It does not guarantee sales, revenue, profitability, marketplace ranking, or any other business result.

Marketplace information can change and may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Users remain responsible for their own listings, business decisions, and compliance with applicable marketplace rules and law.

Marketplace services

Lister Wise is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy. Where authorised, the service may use official marketplace APIs. Users must not use Lister Wise unlawfully or to violate the terms, policies, or rights of any marketplace or third party.

Availability and liability

Lister Wise is an early-stage service operated from the United Kingdom and is currently in development. The service may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lister Wise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or decisions made in reliance on marketplace information or analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
